Exchange & Return Policy – Élanya

Validity Period

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
The item must be unused, in its original condition, packaging, and with all tags attached.

In Case of Manufacturing Defect

We cover all shipping costs.
You may choose between:

• Replacement
• Full refund via your original payment method

If There’s No Defect

Returns and exchanges are still accepted.
The customer covers shipping costs (return + delivery).
Exchanges are allowed for the same product (color or model change).

Non-Returnable Items

• Used or damaged items due to misuse
• Items without original packaging or tags
• Selected items (if applicable)

Order Modification or Cancellation

Orders can be modified or canceled within 5 hours of placement only.
After that, changes cannot be guaranteed.

How to Process

• Pack the item securely in its original packaging
• Include your order number and reason
• We will arrange courier pickup

Processing Time

Requests are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.

Refunds

Refunds are issued within 7–10 business days after approval.
Shipping fees may be deducted if applicable.
